EuroXR is pleased to be able to continue its cooperation with the renewed AFXR association, always maintaining as a point of contact Daniel Mestre, Executive Committee member of EuroXR and founding member of AFXR.
We want to inaugurate the new category “Meeting the network” with one of the founding member of EuroVR Association: Haption.
Haption is a company which designs, manufactures and sells hardware and software solutions based on force-feedback. Founded in 2001, the company partners with the most advanced leaders to provide professional level force-feedback solutions for medical, robotic, nuclear and industrial applications. Haption has a lot of interest in Virtual Reality where their haptic device brings the sense of contact inside Virtual Environments, a thing no other technology can claim to bring.
EuroVR President Marco Sacco has been invited to present the EuroVR Association during the Russian event “AVRA Days Skolkovo”.
Taking place on October 24th 2017 in Moscow, the conference AVRA DAYS Skolkovo will show the possibilities of AR / VR-technologies for solving business problems and integration into business processes and to have a talk about the efficiency of technology implementation.
Due to the circumstances that we are all facing in this period that affected also the economic system,
we propose to facilitate the registration of new members, during the current year 2022, by suspending the entrance fee.
In this way, we hope to encourage the expansion of our network.

“My motivation for joining EuroXR was the opportunity to initiate collaboration in areas such as virtual reality, geometric computing, medical simulation, digital health, VR for robotics, and visual computing. I was interested in contributing to common EU proposals and helping to shape the EuroXR conference”.
“My motivation for joining EuroXR was to be part of a network of people who are interested in topics such as Virtual and Augmented Reality. I am also interested in participating in common H2020 proposals and be a part of the annual EuroXR conference.”
“We are constantly working in state-of-the-art research in Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality, with an eye in novel concepts.”
