Everything you need to know to participate in EuroVR 2020

Less than one week until the beginning of EuroVR 2020. We have prepared a short guide to help you find your way around EuroVR’s first Virtual Conference.

CONFERENCE PLATFORM:
The conference will run on the Microsoft Teams live events. We highly recommend installing the Microsoft Teams desktop application instead of using the website version.

 

FOLLOW THE LINK:
The link to join each conference session can be found on the EuroVR 2020 website.
To access the links you need an access code that will be provided by email.
Do not forget to provide your email when you register to receive the code.

Please note that all the times refer to local time in Spain (UTC +1)

We recommend the use of a headset if possible, to optimize the sound quality.
