Registration provides:

• access to all sessions of the conference;
• access to demos and poster sessions;
• a conference bag including conference material
• coffee brakes & lunches;
• entrace in the Exhibition area;

Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations:

If you have registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. The date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received by the conference chair. Please provide the name of the registrant cancelling, you will then receive details on the procedure.
For cancellations up to 10 October, there will be a 80% refund. For cancellations between 10 October and 11 November, there will be a 50% refund.
