Special Session II: “Exploring VR/AR and mobile technologies in airports to enhance passenger experience”

Description: This Special Session will explore the opportunities of virtual reality and augmented reality for passenger journey planning before and while at the airport. This Special Session will include presentations by the H2020 PASSME partners about technical innovations to enhance passengers' experiences door-to-door through the airport and a discussion panel with the audience on the opportunities within airports for information and communication. The session will also facilitate hands-on activities with selected PASSME innovations to further enhance panel discussions.
