Exhibition Information

Once more EuroVR will focus on VR/MR/AR applications from different prespectives. Several industrial companies from various sectors will attend the conference and the exhibition.

Small booth size: 2×2 square meters (1500 euros + 24% VAT)*

The small booth includes:

• Up to three walls;
• 3 ceiling spot lights;
• A fascia board with the exhibitor's name;
• 1 table;
• 2 chairs;
• Power socket;

Large booth size: 3×3 square meters (2500 euros + 24% VAT)*

The large booth includes:

• Up to three walls;
• A reception desk;
• 3 ceiling spot lights;
• A fascia board with the exhibitor's name;
• 1 table;
• 2 chairs;
• Power socket;

Curved wall booth: 2.3x3.15 meters (1800 euros + 24% VAT)*

The curved wall booth includes:

• A large printout along the curved rear wall, as per art work provided by the exhibitor;
• A small stand / reception desk;
• 2 ceiling spot lights;
• Power socket;

*15% discount is provided to EuroVR members.

 The exhibitor's package includes:

• 1 full conference registration;
• Possibility for 5 minute presentation during Exhibitors' & Sponsors' session;
• Inclusion of stand information at the Conference booklet and website;
• Presentation in the Interactive VR Corner placed in the exhibition;

An Interactive VR corner will be provided in the exhibition area, where exhibitors and other interested participants will have the opportunity to give a short live presentation of their services and products. The duration of each presentation will last from 5-10 minutes.

For exhibitors this service is provided for free. For non-exhibitors the cost is 200 euros + 24% VAT.
