On behalf of the EuroVR2020 organizing team, I thank you all again for your participation in EuroVR2020 conference.
We are now less than two weeks away from the conference and we are looking forward to having a great event.
The EuroVR2020 conference is going to be held using the Microsoft Teams live events (MTLE) (an extension of Teams meeting) that enable you to schedule and produce events that stream to large online audiences.
Knowing some of the challenges that a virtual event can pose, find here below some information that will help to run the conference as smoothly as possible.
CONFERENCE PLATFORM: The conference will run on the Microsoft Teams live events. The link to join each conference session can be found at the EuroVR2020 website.
For non-presenters: To access the links you need an access code that will be provided by mail. To do this, you must first register as a non-presenter. Do not forget to provide your email when you register to receive the code.

We highly recommend installing the Microsoft Teams desktop application instead of using the website version.

TIME: Regarding the times shown in the conference program, please note that all the times refer to local time in Spain (UTC +1)
AUDIO: we recommend the use of a headset if possible to optimize the sound quality.
